There are many options out there like meditation, exercise, hypnosis, biofeedback, therapy, positive mind training, and prayers. Create friends you can talk to that will support your healthy lifestyle decisions. Do whatever works for you.

  • Know your food triggers. Only you know what those are, and devise a way to deal with them.

  • Know your food allergies and avoid those foods that cause them.

  • There are supplements that can help you with your cravings. Use them.
